This website is operated by Rajhans Prakashan, Outside Surajpole, Udaipur, Rajasthan 313001 (GSTIN 08AAWPJ0894K1ZX) (“we”, “us”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

  • School book sets are sold class-wise as per the list given by the school. Items in a set can change if the school changes its list.
  • An order is confirmed only after full payment is received. You will see the order number and status on the website.
  • Until an order is marked “Items ready”, you can cancel it or change the pickup time / delivery address from My orders.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error, stock unavailability or suspected misuse. In such cases the amount paid is refunded in full.

2. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). We are registered under the GST composition scheme, so no GST is charged separately on our bills.
  • Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
  • Online payments are processed by our bank's secure payment gateway. We never see or store your card details, UPI PIN or net banking password.

3. Pickup and delivery

Pickup, school delivery and home delivery are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

4. Out-of-stock (“due”) items

If any item of a set is temporarily out of stock, it is marked as due on your bill and supplied as soon as it arrives. You are not charged again for it.

5. Cancellation, returns and refunds

6. Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a PIN. Please keep your PIN private; you are responsible for orders placed from your account.

7. Content

Book covers, designs and text on this website belong to Rajhans Prakashan or the respective publishers and may not be copied without permission.

8. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan.
