Cancellation and changes

School book set orders: you can cancel your order, change the pickup time, or change the delivery address yourself from My orders on the order page, until the order is marked “Items ready”, even if the payment is not yet confirmed. After that, only the pickup time can be changed. A cancelled order is not packed or billed, and the full amount is refunded.
Once the items are ready, packed or billed, the order cannot be cancelled online. Please call or WhatsApp 94131-68106; the replacement and exchange rules below apply.
Catalogue orders: to cancel, call or WhatsApp 94131-68106 with your order number before the order is marked ready. The full amount is refunded.
If we cancel an order (for example, an item or set is not available), the full amount is refunded.

We replace an item free of charge if it has a publisher defect or printing error, or if we supplied the wrong product. There is no time limit for these.
Damaged items are replaced if the damage is from printing, binding or transport and not caused after delivery (for example, torn or written on by the child). Please report damage within 7 days of receiving the item, with your bill.
If a replacement is not available, we refund the price of that item.

Unused items in original condition can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with the bill.
Generally not returnable: workbooks or notebooks that have been written in, and items printed or customised for a school (such as school diaries). If you received a wrong item from us, please talk to us; we will always correct our mistake.

Refunds are made to the original payment method (the same UPI / card / bank account) within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Cash payments made at the counter are refunded in cash or by bank transfer.
If money was debited but the order was not confirmed, the amount is reversed automatically by the bank as per RBI timelines, or refunded by us within 5–7 working days.

Items marked due on your bill are supplied when they arrive. If a due item cannot be supplied, its price is refunded.
